We designed our fiber equipment to be as straightforward as possible, so you can start enjoying your symmetrical gigabit speeds immediately. Whether you are setting up a single router or configuring a multi-node mesh system, getting your network online only takes a few minutes.

Setting Up Your Sapling Router

If you are on our Sapling plan, your service includes a high-performance WiFi 6 router. Simply connect the provided ethernet cable from your wall’s fiber jack directly into the router’s main port. Plug the router into a power outlet, wait a few minutes for the status light to turn solid green, and connect your devices using the network name and password printed on the bottom of the unit.

Configuring Your Mesh WiFi 6E System

For our Grove and Heartwood plans, your service comes with a seamless Mesh WiFi 6E system to blanket your entire property. Start by connecting your primary node to the fiber jack and powering it on. Once your main node is fully online, place your additional nodes strategically throughout your home. Keep them elevated, out in the open, and away from thick concrete walls, then plug them into a power source. They will automatically sync with your primary node to eliminate dead zones.

Connecting Your Digital VoIP Phone

If you added our digital voice service to your plan, setting up your home phone is incredibly simple. Once your internet router or primary mesh node is online and functioning, plug your standard telephone directly into the designated phone port on the back of your fiber equipment. You will hear a dial tone immediately, and your high-definition voice features, including spam filtering, will be active right away.
